All cars must be parked in the designated event car park and any campervans / caravans must be in the designated campervan area only and not in the camping zones. However if one team member is in the camper van / caravan area, then other team members can choose to camp there with them instead of the camping zone.

Yes, you can start any time between the event opening at 12.00PM noon on Saturday and before the route closes for the final lap at 11.59.59am on Sunday.

Runners may start a final lap up until 11.59.59am on Sunday. Please note there is a one hour time limit for the final lap and runners must complete this lap by 12.59.59pm. Any laps completed after this time will not be counted.

REGISTRATION
You will have received your race pack prior to the event start. Once you have attached your race number, timing chip and exchange band you are ready to start.
START WAVES
The route opens at 12 noon on Saturday and remains open for 24 hours.

There will be a half way water station on the course.

Parking is included in your entry fee and is included in the Supporter Weekend Pass. Supporters visiting for the day can purchase a Supporter Day Parking Pass.

We are unable to provide recommendations for accommodation in the area. We suggest looking at airbnb or booking.com for accommodation nearby.

10.00 – Event and Campsite opens (please read the camping and site rules carefully - to be supplied in the event guide).
11.00 – Registration opens in the race village
11.00 – The Sandringham24 route is open for a recce
11.30 – Catering and Bars open in Base Camp
18.30 – Mini kid’s race, meet at the start/finish line (It’s free, Register on the entry page to be released shortly)
19.00 – Registration closes until Saturday morning
19.00 – Entertainment in event Marquee
22.00 – Catering closes, bars will close around 22.30
22.30 – Entertainment in the Marquee stops, Quiet time on Campsite begins (bedtime!!)
Saturday
07:30 - Catering opens (and remains open until Sunday 2.00pm).
07.30 – Registration opens in Event Village
08.00 – Yoga & Stretch starts in the Marquee
11.00 – Registration closes
11.45 – Call to the start & race briefing
12.00 – 24 hour Race starts
19.00 – Torches to be carried by all runners (mandatory - must be worn on either head, hand or chest)
20.15 – Sunset
22:30 - Quiet time on Campsite begins
Sunday
05.30 – First light (best time to run)
05:50 - Sunrise
06.30 – Runners may stop using head torches
08.00 – Yoga & Stretch starts in the Marquee
11.00 – Warnings regarding last lap are issued
11.59 – Runners may start a final lap before 11.59.59 and these will count in your results (there is a one hour time limit for final lap to be completed)
12.00 – Course closed at the exchange area to prevent any further laps (denoted by PA announcement and air horns)
13.00 – Final runners cross the finish line in Event Village
13.30 – Awards presented in the Event Village (or Marquee in case of bad weather)
16.00 – Campsite closes.

Participant car parking is available onsite and a short walk from the event village and camping areas.
This is included in your solo or team runner entry fee. Parking for Supporters is included in the Weekend Camping Pass and with a Supporter Day Parking Pass.
There will also be drop off and pick up areas at each location. There is a maximum wait time of 30 mins. It is free of charge and does not need to be booked.

The nearest railway station is in Kings Lynn, just under 9 miles away. We recommend booking a taxi to the event site in advance.
